Feud 2.1 released

Hi folks, we've just shipped version 2.1 of Feud! This includes a few quality-of-life improvements:

• Auto-advance now defaults to on.
• You can now deselect a piece by tapping outside the board, or by tapping on an invalid piece.
• We've improved the notification flow on mobile, so it asks for the right permission at the right time. This also fixes notifications that weren't working on Android 13.
• We've totally reworked the display settings - they now don't require a restart, and feature a "keep these settings?" countdown.
